To understand PlayStation gamer’s lives away from the console in order to uncover unique, actionable opportunities that can guide Sony’s current and future product development.

Process:

Stakeholder interviews, expert interviews, and landscape research.
PlayStation Experience observations and intercepts.
Friend group interviews.
In-depth individual interviews.
